COLOGNE/BONN – The new website of Eurowings Digital is now on line. Going live with eurowings.digital is the next milestone in the founding history. From now on, developers, experience enthusiasts, high potentials from the digital scene, and sales specialists can apply via eurowings.digital along a lean process and become part of the motivated Eurowings Digital team. Vacancies are advertised in areas such as engineering, data science & analytics, and solution architecture. Customer-centred, innovative, digital: among other things, the new site provides information about the vision and mission of Eurowings Digital and offers an overview of current digital projects. Eurowings already turns over more than a billion euros in ticket sales through its digital channels which is set to increase to 1.5 billion euros this year.
Eurowings is continuing its growth by setting up Eurowings Digital. Its aim within the next three years is to employ 150 digital experts who will find and implement smart solutions and answers to changing digital customer behaviour. The company website eurowings.com will be developed into a Travel Companion that significantly improves the travel experience for Eurowings’ 40 million customers. Eurowings customers will benefit from a seamless travel experience thanks to tips and recommendations on hotels, events, hire car options and much more from local bloggers, influencers and travellers.
Another Eurowings Digital project is dedicated to providing our customers with fast digital assistance in the event of problems in the travel chain. Among other things, the aim is to manage complex travel chains in Eurowings’ many destination countries.
Eurowings Digital is a clear sign of the consistent implementation of Eurowings’ digital strategy. The official launch of Eurowings Digital is scheduled for the end of the year.
