Fly to the world’s most popular tourist destination with Eurowings. Yesterday (Sunday, 28 October 2018), the airline launched another new long-haul service from Dusseldorf – this time to Bangkok, the capital of Thailand. Four Eurowings flights will take off each week for the Thai capital. Flight days are Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. The return flights from Bangkok are due to depart every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

Travellers can look forward not only to one of the world’s most fascinating capitals but also to accessing Thailand’s heavenly beaches.

The first flight, operated with an Airbus 330 long-haul jet, took off punctually at 14:15. The return flight is scheduled for 09:30 local time and will arrive in Dusseldorf at 16:50 on Monday afternoon.

Tickets to Southeast Asia can be booked for as little as EUR 199.99 one-way at www.eurowings.com or via the Eurowings app on smartphone and tablet. Eurowings’ partner Bangkok Airways also offers a large number of connecting flights within Thailand and Southeast Asia.

Dusseldorf is already the largest Eurowings location; the Lufthansa subsidiary has a more extensive route network at this airport than at any of its other locations. Eurowings now has 40 aircraft based in Düusseldorf and flies more than 1,750 times a week to 95 destinations in Germany and around the world.
