Eurowings again price-performance winner
Eurowings is the airline with the best price-performance ratio in Germany. The annual survey conducted by the newspaper Handelsblatt and the market research institute YouGov shows Eurowings as the price-performance winner with 16.3 points and a clear lead. In next place were Easyjet (12.8), Condor (12.3), Singapore Airlines (11.0) and Ryanair (10.7). Eurowings sees its renewed top ranking as proof of its successful strategic shift from the former North Rhine-Westphalian low-cost airline to a value airline for Europe, which scores with high-quality services and affordable comfort. 

The Handelsblatt price-performance ranking is based on more than 900,000 representative online interviews conducted by the market research institute YouGov. Respondents rated more than 872 brands in 32 categories.

New connection from Hamburg to Tel Aviv 
From 1 February, the Lufthansa Group airlines will be resuming their flights to Tel Aviv – as will Eurowings. In addition to direct flights from Dusseldorf, Eurowings will be adding a connection from Hamburg to Tel Aviv to its programme starting 3 February. The flights will operate twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays. One-way tickets are available from 119.99 euros in the BASIC fare.

Rail & Fly available again with Eurowings
Together with Deutsche Bahn (DB), Eurowings is optimising travel options to the airport and is once again offering Rail & Fly, which can be booked flexibly. The combined ticket for train and flight can be booked by all customers via eurowings.com or in the Eurowings app. Rail & Fly can also be added retrospectively to flights that have already been booked on eurowings.com via ‘My journey’.
