Group travel made easy: bookings for an unlimited number of passengers
Eurowings is now making it easier for groups of more than 30 people to book flights. With the online group booking tool, customers can request a group trip for their desired dates and see the available flights in real time on the Eurowings homepage. Only the contact details of the main booker are required to create the offer. Travellers then receive a link to the Eurowings homepage by email, where they can complete the booking and choose between BASIC and SMART fares. Previously, customers had to contact Eurowings directly to be booked on flights as a larger group. Go to group booking

Unaccompanied minors: Eurowings expands childcare service
Eurowings has extended its childcare service (UM service) for unaccompanied minors between the ages of five and eleven travelling alone to Prague and Stockholm airports. The service is now available on all direct flights between the following destinations: Germany (also within Germany), Austria, Switzerland, Palma de Mallorca, Prague and Stockholm. Eurowings and SunExpress to become interline partners
Germany's largest holiday airline Eurowings and SunExpress, recognized by Skytrax as Best Leisure Airline in Europe, are intensifying their cooperation and have agreed an interline agreement for selected routes. Travellers from Europe to Turkey and vice versa will benefit from extended flight options. Tickets can be booked via online travel agencies (OTA) as well as via GDS in stationary travel agencies. As part of the collaboration, both partners are currently working on a codeshare agreement that will bring further benefits to their joint customers and will go live in the course of the summer.

Pride season in full swing: Eurowings takes part in CSDs and takes off on pride flight
Under the motto ‘Widen your horizon’, Eurowings is once again setting an example for tolerance and openness this year by taking part in the Christopher Street Days (CSD) in Cologne, Berlin, Stuttgart, and Hamburg. Many employees and members of the queer Lufthansa Group-wide Diversifly network already joined the CSDs with a Eurowings-branded truck. A so-called pride flight took off from Cologne to Berlin last Friday. Eurowings wants to emphasize the importance of tolerance and openness and draw attention to the fact that people overcome stereotypes, broaden their own horizons and stand up for each other. Kai Duve, CFO of Eurowings, comments: “Bringing people together is the purpose and self-image of our company. In particular, we want to live the idea that we can achieve more together, free from discrimination, both internally and externally. For me personally, it is important to set visible signs that we offer an open, safe, and attractive working environment in which all employees are welcome. After all, diversity and equal opportunities must become a matter of course.”
