Eurowings has one of the most customer-friendly hotlines in the category “airlines”, according to a ranking by the brand research organization ServiceValue and the F.A.Z. Institute. The online survey assessed the customer hotlines of various airlines and crowned Eurowings as one of the winners with a score of 92.0 points. To the ranking (German only)

Oktoberfest specials: beer and pretzels on board with Eurowings
From now on, guests on board Eurowings flights can get in the mood for the upcoming Oktoberfest: Paulaner Münchner Hell and butter pretzels are available again in the new WINGS bistro magazine until the end of October.

25th anniversary of the help alliance: Eurowings doubles donations
The Lufthansa Group's aid organization "help alliance" is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year. To mark this special occasion, all Lufthansa Group/Eurowings airlines are doubling every donation made on board in favor of the help alliance during the anniversary month of September. There are currently 61 help alliance projects in 29 countries worldwide, reaching over 60,000 children, teenagers and young adults.
